Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. As an SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, providing expert care to patients across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Treatment and Therapy: Provide in-person and teletherapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based interventions to improve communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care, and educate patients and families on managing conditions and therapy.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry best practices and standards, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current California Speech-Language Pathology License.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to assess patient and family needs, and knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
