LHH is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance tasks throughout the plant safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Utilize mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical control and machine circuits to resolve issues and prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Management to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to meet established goals.
  • Communicate with operators and maintenance personnel to ensure safe work practices and prevent maintenance-related issues.
  • Work with OEM Technical Services to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure equipment is functioning within manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure scheduled maintenance activities meet or exceed manufacturer requirements for quality and reliability.
  • Manage inventory and track used materials for subsequent disposition.
  • Communicate with production team members to ensure timely completion of repair work and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and Company safety rules and regulations.
  • Adhere to Company policy and procedure and report to Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Practical experience with low voltage control power (12-24VDC) and high voltage machine power (120/277/480VAC) is required.
  • Ability to climb, stoop, and bend on a continuous basis; 40-pound minimum lifting.
  • Intermediate computer skills and fundamental PLC knowledge.
  • Familiarity with sensors, safety circuits, motors, drives, relays, contactors, and machine networking.
  • Some mechanical skills are required for troubleshooting and repair work.
  • High School/GED/Technical School Training required.
  • Demonstrate understanding of OSHA requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to wear all necessary PPE.
