Position Overview:
  • Compensation: $17.20 per hour, inclusive of federal benefits at no additional cost
  • Work Schedule: Full-Time, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Work Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste.
  • Safely operate cleaning equipment as required.
  • Support team dynamics by training and assisting colleagues.
  • Execute tasks with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • When necessary, clear debris and snow outdoors as a grounds laborer with pro-rated, increased compensation.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and carry items
  • Engage in walking, mopping, and bending activities.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successfully pass criminal background checks and various state/federal registry checks.
