Job Opportunity: Night Cleaner at Mirbeau Inn & Spa

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Cleaner to join our team at Mirbeau Inn & Spa. As a Night Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to our guests' rooms, hallways, and public areas.
  • Respond to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all public and employee restrooms.
  • Remove trash and dirty dishes from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Vacuum lobby areas, back of house hallways, carpets, and stairwells.
  • Responsible for cleaning restaurant dining room, meeting rooms, and function spaces.
  • Sweep, scrub, and mop floors and tiled areas in spa, restaurant, restrooms, and back of house hallways.
  • Ensure lobby furniture is dusted and organized.
  • Clean spa facilities after closing.
  • Assist in snow removal if needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn job duties during a short training period and follow directions efficiently.
  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Must be in good health and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40lbs for extended periods.
  • A neat appearance, pleasant personality, and customer service mindset are necessary.
