We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Long-term Care (LTC) nurse to join our team at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital - Lincoln Campus. As a Night Shift LPN/LVN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and support to individuals with complex medical needs.

Job Summary:

This 13-week contract opportunity is designed to provide LTC nursing services on a night shift schedule. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
