Head of IT Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of IT Infrastructure to lead our IT infrastructure team at TOPS Products. As a Head of IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-prem hosting, virtualization tools, telecommunications, network connectivity, end-point management, end-user applications, and support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT manager, preferably in small to medium-sized companies. They should have a comprehensive understanding of Azure cloud environments, virtualization, identity management systems, Web hosting, transmission services, VDI, and network systems.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $130,000 per year, plus benefits, including comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IT infrastructure across Azure cloud services and on-premises deployments.
• Manage and optimize virtualization tools, and network connectivity.
• Manage identity management systems and ensure smooth integration with other LSC platforms, 3rd party, SSO, MFA, and customer systems.
