Cranston is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading landscape architecture and engineering projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.
- Design and Development: Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, develop design plans, and prepare specifications, reports, and contract documents.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and growing our portfolio.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Principals, Design Group Leaders, Project Managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members through regular project updates, meetings, and written reports.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of landscape design experience, with a strong background in project management and business development.
- Skills: Proficient in landscape architecture software, including AutoCAD; excellent communication and project management skills.
