We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our team at Pettigrew Rehabilitation Center. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to our facility's vision of excellence, gratitude, compassion, and respect.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve skin, wound, and ostomy health throughout the organization.
- Provide wound and ostomy care treatments, including coordination of outpatient wound care.
- Active, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current Wound Care certification and CDC Infection Prevention certification, or willingness to obtain post-hire as a condition of employment.
- Competitive hourly rate of $37.50 per hour.
