Operations FP&A Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations FP&A Intern to join our team at Ocean Spray Cranberries. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Operations Finance team to drive business decisions and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Operations FP&A team to develop and implement improved processes and reporting to drive further efficiencies through our network.
  • Gain experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Tech, to drive business results.
  • Develop and present recommendations to Senior Leadership on process improvements and cost savings opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/Master's degree.
  • Good energy, a positive can-do mindset, and passion for using data to drive business decisions.
  • Preferred 2-4 years' experience in Food & Beverage related industries (Finance, Accounting, etc.).
  • Self-starter who isn't afraid to find their own answers.
  • Analytical, organized, significant attention to detail, ability to work autonomously.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations in front of Senior Leadership.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • PowerBI experience preferred.
