EVS Worker

The EVS Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, clients, and staff. This role involves adhering to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks, and maintaining housekeeping equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, bed making, and removal of general and hazardous waste.
• Clean restrooms following proper infection control procedures.
• Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment.
• Clean assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas.
• Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service demeanor towards customers, clients, patients, and co-workers.
• Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensure security of company assets.
