Position Summary:

As a Service Coordination Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage and schedule in-house warranty service repairs for our esteemed clientele. This position necessitates strong communication skills to facilitate seamless interactions between customers and technicians, ensuring an efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process service call reports from Technical Service Agents, promptly arranging service appointments for warranty repairs.
  • Communicate with customers via phone or email to schedule service appointments, provide regular updates, and maintain ongoing communication until the technician's arrival.
  • Collaborate with in-house technicians through phone or email to allocate service calls and set appropriate appointment times.
  • Address escalated or unique warranty claim cases, including complex or prioritized claims, delivering exceptional customer support as directed by management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and data entry skills to ensure accurate and current record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and ensure timely service resolution.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
