Therapist for Behavioral Health Services

We are looking for a qualified Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services at our Great Salt Plains Health Center location in Enid, Oklahoma.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary of approximately $65,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off and 100% premium-paid insurance for employees and 70% for dependents.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral health care services to clients, working closely with medical providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing therapy services and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with community agencies and resources to maintain continuity of care and meet client needs.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training with other behavioral health staff and GSPHC providers to stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Fully licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health.
  • Proven counseling skills and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Oklahoma LPC, LMFT, or LADC license required.
