Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Engineer with a strong background in plant reliability and maintenance to lead our efforts in ensuring equipment performance and capital project design. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with plant maintenance and capital groups to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company engineering specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliability through periodic or condition-based checks.
  • Perform incident investigations, analyze equipment failures, and conduct critical job observations to reduce injuries and equipment damage.
  • Develop and execute Continuous Improvement Projects, MOC's, and Capital Projects to improve unit operations, HES, and quality.
  • Provide DCS support for configuration of I/O, logic points, and SCM Programs.
  • Maintain the OS Network comprised of servers, switches, and other hardware for system updates, configuration changes, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Review and establish PSM procedures for critical equipment and instrumentation.
  • Provide support to maintenance for troubleshooting complicated or time-sensitive equipment failures and develop solutions for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
  • 10 years of engineering and leadership experience within a production facility.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and serve on problem-solving teams related to maintenance organization, equipment maintenance, maintenance training, and plant safety.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly proficient in using a PC and familiar with plant operations, materials, procurement, logistics, computers, and SAP.
