Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and consultative services utilizing diverse models
  • Conduct a variety of assessments
  • Design and execute appropriate curricula and treatment strategies for speech, language, and communication enhancement
  • Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) using district-approved software
  • Maintain a structured schedule to facilitate IEP execution and treatment strategies
  • Prepare therapeutic materials and modify instructional resources based on individual student requirements
  • Collaborate with educational teams and classroom instructors
  • Complete necessary documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Utilize various assistive technologies
  • Engage in relevant meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required); Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • Massachusetts teaching certification/licensure
  • Experience providing services in a school setting for K-12 students
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in a second language (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus
  • Authorization to work in the United States
