• Under the direction of the Team Lead, ensure that all components are produced and coated efficiently, meeting company-established goals for quality and on-time performance.
• Operate coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems, while observing machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects.
• Determine flow and coating quality by performing visual inspections and ensuring that all parts are properly painted and work instructions are followed precisely.
• Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations and ensure spray efficiencies meet KPIs based on quoted levels.
• Ensure that all components are produced and coated efficiently, meeting company-established goals for quality and on-time performance, and that quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
• Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Effective verbal communication skills with a positive attitude are necessary.
• Highly dependable, exhibits initiative, maximizes use of time, accountable to their teammates and Line Lead in a fast-paced production environment.
• Use good judgment and independent thinking to produce high-quality, efficiently, and safely.

• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, hands, fingers, legs, and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, handling of materials, and operating machinery.
• Carrying and lifting pounds frequently.
• Ability to endure hours exposed to heat.
• Ability to move and transfer products with an overhead crane.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
• Must be able to pass a general respirator medical evaluation.
