The Maryhurst Renewal team collaborates with children, adults, and families in distress, striving to identify the right support systems that eliminate barriers to success in various aspects of life, including home, school, and community.
Compensation: Starting salary for independently licensed professionals is $56,000.

Role Responsibilities:
- The Treatment Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the therapeutic process for their assigned client caseload, ensuring the facilitation and supervision of treatment planning while adhering to clinical documentation timelines.
- This role acts as a representative for the child, family, and external agencies, providing direct services through weekly individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy when necessary.
- The Treatment Supervisor collaborates with community resources, including legal and medical systems, and integrates services within the Maryhurst framework for each individual client.
- Timely development and monthly assessment of treatment plans are crucial, along with accurate documentation for service reimbursement by various funding sources.
- Ensuring appropriate transfer and termination planning, including referrals and recommendations for ongoing services, is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working with children and families preferred. If not licensed, candidates must possess an associate standing (e.g., CSW, MFTA, LPCA) in their respective discipline and have an approved supervision contract with their state board. Strong clinical, organizational, assessment, assertiveness, and documentation skills are essential, along with experience using DSM V.
