Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and provide expert advice on paint and related products
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, identifying and meeting their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, and communicate this information to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, and assist with inventory management
  • Participate in sales promotions and initiatives, and contribute to achieving sales goals
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or delivery position
  • Experience selling paint and related products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages
