Counterparts Coordinator

The Auto Parts Specialist will play a key role in supporting our team by ensuring accurate processing of orders, maintaining stock levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
• Responsibilities:

• Process orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience (required)
• Auto parts sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening
