Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year (dependent on experience), based on national averages for critical care nurses in the Maryland area.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while serving as a role model to junior staff members. You will educate patients and families through the continuum of care, advance your own knowledge and skills through feedback and guidance, and demonstrate professionalism by adhering to ANA standards of practice and Adventist HealthCare values.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Passing score on NCLEX
* Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
* Current Maryland State nursing license
* Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
* One year of current critical care nursing experience within your specialty in a hospital environment preferred
