Work Model: The Re-Entry cohort necessitates the ability to operate in a hybrid work model with a partial onsite schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current career break of two or more years (must be evident on resume)
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of four years of experience relevant to a science, math, engineering, or technology field
  • Willingness to commit to a full-time position for three months
  • A desire to transition into a full-time role at Aerospace
  • Possession of a security clearance is preferred but not mandatory. All employees must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, issued by the US government.

Compensation and Benefits: Aerospace offers a competitive compensation package, with salaries determined based on various factors, including education, experience, knowledge, and skills. The grade-based pay range for this position is as follows: $103,285 - $168,019 - $232,752 (Pay Basis: Annual).
