Job SummaryThe Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for researching and testing the design, functionality, and maintenance of products, equipment, systems, and processes. You will develop quality standards, review and approve sampling procedures, and supervise programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing.
Key Responsibilities- Review and approve sampling procedures and designs, forms, and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Supervise programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
- Conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
- Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical.
- May manage quality control program.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Willing to take 2-year degree with 12+ years of experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience. Internships will be counted as part of experience.
Technical skills required: Quality core tools (8D, PPAP, 5 Whys), Internal Audit. Soft skills: Communication, Time management.
