Neonatal Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Care Specialist to join our team at Host Healthcare. This travel nursing opportunity is based in Seattle, Washington.
About the Role:As a Neonatal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced NICU environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Washington
- Experience working in a NICU environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $150,000 - $200,000 per year (based on experience)
