Key Responsibilities:- Participate in training that may occur at various facilities.
- Be prepared to float to different locations during and after your training period.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
As a Staff RN, you will be an integral part of a small, interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Your Role Will Include:- Providing care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring tailored treatment plans and a diverse skill set.
- Supervising a group of patients with the assistance of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) for patient monitoring and machine setup.
- Specializing in various renal therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
- Delivering dialysis services within a hospital setting, becoming a vital part of both the hospital and DaVita teams.
- Offering specialty nephrology care in various environments such as ICU, CCU, and ED.
- Working a schedule that includes both regular and on-call shifts, with variations based on the hospital system.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing diploma may be accepted in lieu of a nursing degree.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings.
- Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is preferred.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment color blind test, with accommodations available.
