We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team at Seacoast Mental Health Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing direct support, advocacy, and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate services and provide direct support to adults with mental illness, including those with co-occurring diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services, as needed.
- Collaborate with community resources and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working in the mental health field, preferably in an Assertive Community Treatment setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- CPR/First Aid training is recommended.
