Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Boise Medical Center. As a travel respiratory therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, with experience in critical care and pediatric settings. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy and ventilation
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient information and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification
  • Experience in critical care and pediatric settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
