We are seeking a seasoned real estate professional to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii as a Broker. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing diverse real estate portfolios and overseeing multi-state brokerage operations.

About the Role
  • Manage a large portfolio of REO, Retail, and Investment properties across multiple states
  • Coordinate territories within the brokerage, including acquiring additional broker licenses as required
  • Efficiently manage the entire life cycle of real estate portfolios, focusing on reducing time from contract to closing and improving closing percentages
  • Serve as the qualifying broker in multiple states, demonstrating expertise in cross-state real estate operations and regulations

Responsibilities:

The Broker position at our Honolulu location entails significant responsibilities in real estate portfolio management and multi-state brokerage operations.

  • Oversee and coordinate specific territories within the brokerage, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal real estate laws
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in managing a portfolio of 100+ REO assets
  • Ensure timely completion of transactions while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct

Requirements:

  • Active broker license in Hawaii; multiple state licenses (including Hawaii) strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience as a Managing Broker, with a proven track record of leading geographically dispersed teams
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage a large portfolio of REO assets
  • Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal real estate laws, with expertise in compliance and auditing procedures

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000-100,000 based on experience and skills, plus bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
