Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant – Patient Monitoring Specialist. This role involves traveling across the specified geography to provide on-site support and install complex systems comprised of IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional working experience in IT technologies or electronics industry.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related disciplines.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $39.96 to $66.64 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also includes a field service incentive bonus plan, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities.
