Core Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough handling, accuracy, and portion control. Perform essential workstation tasks such as producing quality items, following preparation protocols, and maintaining appropriate product holding times. Play a vital role in achieving the restaurant's product objectives, addressing customer needs, minimizing complaints, and complying with all operational policies.
  • Embody core values, maintain a constructive attitude, collaborate effectively with team members, and demonstrate adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Ensure sufficient shift coverage, provide timely feedback, uphold product quality, customer service, and performance standards. Contribute to profit targets, execute cash management responsibilities, and oversee inventory levels.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant shift leadership role is preferred.
