Wakefern Food Corp. is seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our Leaders-In-Training Program. This 18-month program provides a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain valuable work experience in a dynamic and growing organization.

As a Leaders-In-Training, you will be exposed to diverse aspects of the business, participate in group projects, and interface with company executives and store owners. You will also have the opportunity to improve your communication and presentation skills while gaining invaluable work experience.

The program is designed for individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field, a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and at least 1 year of relevant business work experience. Prior experience in retailing/wholesaling or a related field is preferred.
