Workforce Career Coach

Eckerd Connects is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Workforce Career Coach to join our team. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals achieve their career goals and improve their employability.

• Provide career coaching and guidance to participants, helping them identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement personalized career plans, setting goals and objectives for participants to achieve.
• Conduct job readiness training, teaching essential skills such as resume writing, interviewing, and job search strategies.
• Build relationships with local employers, identifying job opportunities and connecting participants with potential employers.
• Monitor participant progress, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working with the targeted population, preferably in a career development or employment coaching role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications or online database tracking systems.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to meet requirements for Eckerd's auto insurance.
