Job Description:
At HexaQuEST Health, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Rehabilitation Therapy department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work effectively with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all necessary paperwork, including prescreen forms and license verification, is completed and attached to the candidate's submission.
- Verify that the candidate's resume and references are attached.
- Conduct a thorough review of the candidate's credentials, including state license verification, county and federal criminal background checks, and other required documentation.
- Ensure that the candidate has completed a Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date and has results issued 48 hours prior to the start date.

Requirements:

- Must be currently active and licensed as an Occupational Therapist.
- Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Must be able to work 32 hours per week.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
