Job Opportunity

PES International is a leading provider of automation, commissioning, and qualification services in the biopharmaceutical industry. We are seeking a skilled MSAT Engineer to join our Manufacturing, Science & Technology (MSAT) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing control strategies and process analytics programs.
  • Analyze data trends using graphical and statistical methods, providing recommendations to management.
  • Design and implement data acquisition and analysis systems from process, equipment, and raw materials.
  • Apply statistical process control techniques to develop and implement process specifications, operating ranges, and action limits.
  • Support commercial manufacturing campaigns and provide guidance on complex process theory.
  • Identify technical issues in bioprocessing equipment and recommend preventive activities.
Requirements
  • BS in Engineering or relevant discipline required; MS preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years in commercial manufacturing.
  • Background in chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess, cell therapy, or tissue engineering.
  • Experience with Process Validation Lifecycle, Statistical Process Control methods, and analytical systems in a GMP environment.
