Outpatient Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible physician to join our team at Physician Empire in a full-time or part-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Non-Profit Community Health Center setting, providing high-quality care to an underserved population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics
- Work in a team-based environment with other physicians, mid-levels, and administrative staff
- Participate in patient care coordination with other healthcare professionals, including dentistry, behavioral health, optometry, and pharmacy services
- Collaborate with patient navigators to ensure seamless care and address health insurance-related issues
Practice Details
- Outpatient schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no weekends, evenings, or night shifts
- 32 hours of clinical time and 8 hours of administrative time (can be done remotely)
- Phone-only call schedule (1-2 times a month)
