We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full Time, Nights position at Liberty HomeCare.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000 based on national averages and industry standards.


Job Description

This Full Time, Nights Registered Nurse position involves providing quality nursing care to patients by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures.


  • Assure quality nursing care for patients by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures.
  • Administer all medications as ordered by M.D. and according to facility policies.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies.
  • Perform treatments scheduled during shift and document appropriately.
  • Maintain infection control measures as necessary.
  • Assist with research related to quality of nursing care, records, orders, and assessment of new admissions.

  • Developing and implementing individualized plans of care for patients.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to supervise nursing assistants and work with patients, families, and doctors.
