Overview:

Camping World is a leading provider of recreational vehicles and outdoor gear. As a Sales Associate Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer receives the best possible experience.

Salary: $14.00-$17.00 Hourly + Variable Compensation up to $4,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and effectively communicate it to customers.
  • Lead departments and assist/mentor colleagues to drive sales and achieve business goals.
  • Consistently promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
  • Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves and performing general housekeeping duties.
  • Cross-train to perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills and excellent communication abilities (written and verbal).
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical demands include standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
