We're changing the face of entertainment, and we want you to be a part of it. As a Casino Host at L' Auberge Casino Hotel Baton Rouge, you'll be the face of our hospitality, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate the casino floor, meeting new guests and greeting familiar ones by name to develop a loyal player base.
  • Develop player loyalty by promoting our mychoice Club to qualified gaming guests and inviting them to utilize its amenities.
  • Award customer complimentaries based on gaming action and program guidelines.
  • Coordinate guest visits, including meals and show reservations, and assist guests with questions and special requests.
  • Assist in organizing special functions, such as parties and tournaments, and prepare invitee lists and telemarketing efforts.
  • Contact guests to increase trip frequency and attend off-property functions as a representative of the company.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid state driver's license and a motor vehicle report free of careless motor vehicle accidents and moving violations within the last 3 years.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
  • Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills to make knowledgeable decisions regarding complimentaries.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with word processing and spreadsheet computer applications.
