About the Role

We are seeking a talented Engineering Team Lead to join our team and drive the successful launch of new products. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for engineering and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, test, and launch new products on time and within budget, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement product designs, specifications, and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in engineering or engineering management
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
