Position Overview:We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee operations within our organization dedicated to supporting the land and people of Israel. This full-time role will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creation of certificates and receipts.
2. Manage the upload and download of batches, plaques, and wood frame orders through vendor portals.
3. Ensure daily clearance of cases and batches.
4. Prepare materials and products for mailings and campaigns.
5. Administer Salesforce batch functions, including creating new product profiles and updating pricing and text information.
6. Modify templates by updating fields, altering static text, and creating new designs.
7. Oversee inventory management of certificates, envelopes, and letterhead.
8. Handle returned or undeliverable products.
9. Maintain and clean all fulfillment printers and manage related supplies.
10. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
11. Understand FedEx and USPS service levels and their implications for product delivery.
12. Collaborate with JNF Centers of Excellence and regional and national offices.
13. Utilize Salesforce for product and donor information research, including report generation.
14. Exhibit a strong understanding of spelling and punctuation for certificate editing and quality control.
15. Monitor inventory levels for printer supplies.
16. Engage extensively with shipping, warehouse, and call center operations.
17. Participate in special projects as required.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess excellent computer and typing skills, particularly in data entry, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently.
Compensation:
$40,000-45,000
