Job Title: Product Manager Software

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager Software to join our team at Q-Cells. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product requirements are met and product launches are successful.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and translate that into product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and technical guides.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and management.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
