About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ABA Specialist to join our team. As a behavior therapist, you will work closely with our BCBA's to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy sessions to clients in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communication with parents and caregivers.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • RBT Certification.
  • Proven experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development and a positive work environment.
