Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Kona Grill. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by consistently providing top-notch service and expertise in mixology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Deliver exceptional guest service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and drinks.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced full-service restaurant.
  • Age: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Skills: Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner. Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours. Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English.
