Work Arrangement: Hybrid – In-Office for 3 days
Contract Duration: 6-month engagement (with potential for extension)
Position Overview:
- This position within the Digital Workplace team focuses on being a Collaboration solutions authority, ensuring optimal configuration and security of our O365 and Box platforms.
- You will collaborate closely with the broader collaboration team and cross-functional groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for our O365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and Box platforms, utilizing advanced configuration settings and security best practices.
- Deliver tier III support for troubleshooting Intranet, SharePoint, Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, Mural, Box, and O365 to assist the program's operations team.
- Play a vital role in fostering and maintaining relationships with business partners while promoting the adoption of collaboration tools and platforms.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, merging business insights with technical solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to contribute to the strategic design and technical direction that meets business objectives.
- Develop technical documentation for support teams and clients.
- Proactively investigate and assess tools and technologies relevant to the collaboration environment.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Microsoft O365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and other cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud-based solutions, particularly with Microsoft 365 Copilot and content migrations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of analyzing and resolving complex issues collaboratively.
- Administrative experience managing and supporting Box enterprise environments, including user account management, report generation, and integration of third-party applications.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting, support, and ticket analysis using the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to lead project implementations, overseeing architecture designs and solution strategies.
- Skilled in presenting product and solution information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Broad experience in eliciting requirements and effectively communicating with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in creating, editing, and presenting technical documentation.
