Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Associate, Counsel, or Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have patent prosecution experience in 5G, Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prosecute patents in 5G, Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies
  • Work on artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Patent prosecution experience in 5G, Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies
  • Artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) and registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO)
  • Admission to and good standing of the Bar (or eligible to waive in)
