Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Romantix, America's premier adult toy retailer. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and promoting our products to guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and acknowledge every guest, offering assistance and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandise product displays to create interest and drive sales.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store, including restocking shelves and disposing of trash.
- Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and add-on additional merchandise, enhancing the guest's experience.
- Patrol the store to prevent theft, safety, inventory, and operational concerns, communicating issues to management.
- Maintain schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
- Complete assigned duties and tasks, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure safe practices at all times.
- Prefer 2 years of retail customer service experience.
- Computer literacy, with the ability to operate in a PC environment.
- Must meet licensing requirements where applicable.
