Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Automation Specialist to join our team at Patterns LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Programming: Troubleshoot and program Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC's to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Electrical Control Systems Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, including drive systems, robotic systems, and electronic control systems.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform safe and timely repairs to plant equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, control circuits, digital electronics, electrical, VFD, power supplies, computers, and power distribution.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance on production and automated warehouse systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC operations, electrical control systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
