About the Role:

  • You will act as a technical resource for assigned issues, working closely with our technical teams to resolve problems.
  • As a senior engineer, you will own the technical relationship with large, complex clients.
  • You will lead problem management for ongoing issues in client environments.
  • You will learn new technologies and train team members.
  • You will mentor and escalate junior engineers.
  • You will work closely with management, account managers, and client service managers to ensure we deliver world-class support to our clients.
  • You will communicate clearly and consistently with client IT departments and our technical teams about issue status and progress.
  • You will generate and implement clear documentation of client environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with dynamic routing protocols.
  • 10+ years of experience with Cisco IOS/IOS-XE Routing/switching platforms.
  • 10+ years of experience with Remote Access VPN and Site-to-Site VPN.
  • 10+ years of experience troubleshooting and managing Firewalls: ACLs, NAT, NGFW, routing.
  • Proficient with at least four of the following technologies:
    • ACI
    • ISE
    • Cisco SD-Access
    • Public cloud (AWS or Azure)
    • FMC and managed devices (FTDs)
    • MERAKI MX, MS, MR and SDWAN
    • DNAC
    • SD-WAN (Cisco)
    • Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama, including Prisma Access and Prisma SD-WAN
    • Automation / Programmability: Python / Ansible
