Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Superintendent to manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and site activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor progress to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe worksite.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, with a focus on Education, Healthcare, Retail, or similar sectors preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and practices to maintain a safe worksite.
  • Proficiency in construction management software is an asset.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
