Job Summary:

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse in the Emergency Department. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
