Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient hospital clinic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pelvic floor therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including urinary urgency/incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, dyspareunia, outpatient ortho, sports, pelvic floor, lymphedema, and medical massage service lines.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient hospital clinic setting.
- Strong background in pelvic floor therapy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current licensure in the state of Missouri.
