  • Respond to maintenance requests from site managers and address issues in a timely manner to maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and supplies to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services as needed to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training site personnel on equipment usage and maintenance best practices to ensure a high level of knowledge and expertise.
  • Travel between various locations for maintenance and repair needs to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience in construction and carpentry.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry, basic plumbing, concrete work, and minor electrical repairs.
  • Welding experience is a plus but not required.
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Must own necessary hand tools for maintenance tasks.
